In the early 1800s Thomas Young’s famous double-slit experiment demonstrated that consciousness is the substrate of all matter; the logical conclusion being, that we live in a holographic dream to which all is mind.
Our ego (avatar) allows us to play The Game Of Experiences within this physical below; a dream of polarity where space moves through time.
The ætheric oneness of above is the dream’s conscious reciprocal. Here, time moves through space and everything happens at once. It is this eternalism that allows a cat to be both alive and dead.
Our sacral chakra corresponds to our sexuality, subconscious mind and the water element; where the primary principle is that of womb. The corresponding spiritual abilities of our sacral chakra are lucid dreaming and astral travel. It is astral travel that allows us to become lucid within our dream of the corporeal.
Proper hydration is an æthetic lifestyle practice that corresponds to the water element and sacral chakra. It should be noted here, that hydration at the cellular level, is not the result of simply drinking 8 glasses of water per day. It is the result of optimal mitochondrial metabolism, achieved through The Ætheric Lifestyle.
Nitric Oxide is the physical aspect of Kundalini. It is a potent vasodilator that ensures oxygen is supplied to our mitochondria in order to run the metabolic pathway of oxidative phosphorylation, that is responsible for creating our structured EZ water.
Electrons are the lifeforce of the 3rd density. Our mitochondrial electron-transport-chain (ETC) creates structured water (4th step of ETC) and then Adenosine Triphosphate (5th step of ETC); that which drives our regenerative metabolic functions of autophagy and apoptosis.
A person with healthy mitochondria can produce about 1 to 1.5 liters of structured water daily. This more viscous, charge-separated phase of water, is our liquid crystal that acts as an EMF antenna and battery, ferrying lifeforce energy throughout our body, thus ensuring our vitality.
Through this innerstanding, in time, we come to recognize the forest for the trees; that the fountain of youth is literally the miracle named water; our liquid crystal of light flowing within. The womb of life nurturing art. For in a dream all things imaginable may be born and so too, within this eternal dream, aging is as much optional as it is impossible.
