Each night we create a world of dreams by using our imagination; a world of subconscious and symbolic reflection of one’s self. Although, many of us subconsciously dream in an unconscious state and forget our dreams completely.
Yet, through the cultivation of Kundalini (mastery over ego), we are able to naturally increase our production of endogenous D M T (a chemical of superconciousness), thus increasing the intensity and nature of our dream-state.
Lucid dreaming occurs when we become conscious of our subconscious dream-state. Here, we may create whatever dream scenario we desire, through our imagination and subconscious mind. Lucid dreaming is often a precursor to lucid astral travel.
Astral travel occurs when our ætheric body separates from our physical body. Here, we experience and explore the astral plane (fourth dimension), while our silver cord remains connected to our physical body (avatar). As with subconscious dreaming, many of us astral travel in an unconscious state.
Upon return to our avatar from lucid astral travel, we come to know the 3rd dimension as a dream. We are now lucid in the dream of polarity and our manifestation abilities have been heightened. We now fully recognize that the substrate of matter is consciousness and all is mind.
When our avatar dies, our ætheric body separates, with our silver cord being severed by the light. As with subconscious dreaming and astral travel, many of us face this sacred death of our temple body in an unconscious state. This plays a critical role in our Samsãra.
We all experience subconscious dreaming, astral travel and the death of our avatars; it is, however, lucidity that sets these experiences apart as awakenings to the dreams within dreams. It is our higher consciousness, that death affirms life, that provides for us true freedom and free-will within the material world.
And should we return to the dream of the material upon physical death, but for a brief moment shall we remember what it is to live in awe of pure awareness, unvarnished by an egoic lens of judgement and indoctrinated beliefs.
“There’ll come a time when most of us return here
Brought back by our desire to be
a perfect entity
Living through a million years of crying
Until you’ve realized the Art of Dying”
~ George Harrison
