The Ætheric Lifestyle cultivates and regulates the release of our endogenous psychedelics, our E-DMT (endogenous DMT). These are our chemicals of superconciousness.

All psychedelics help to expand our consciousness by connecting us to our subconscious and unconscious mind and none more powerfully than that of E-DMT (endogenous DMT), as it facilitates our deepest shadow-work by degree.
When we breathe consciously we have moved a typically subconscious action, to our conscious mind. This is a relatively easy transition.
A more challenging transition would be to surface memories of past lives to our conscious mind. Therefore, in this case, we have moved something unconscious to our conscious mind.
When we surface traumas of the past that linger in our emotional body, these may be easy to access in our subconscious or they may lie deeper within our unconscious.
E-DMT facilitates both of these forms of shadow-work.
Further, our endogenous psychedelics are responsible for our dream-state and our “death” (transition) experience. When we remember our dreams we are accessing our subconscious. When we interpret these symbolic dreams we are accessing the unconscious.
Ultimately, our cultivation of E-DMT (via The Ætheric Lifestyle) allows us to explore our dreams and egoic transition (“death”) more deeply. This happens through the spiritual abilities of lucid dreaming and astral travel. When the unconscious is made conscious, we come to know our soul as our source. One love.
When we come to know the elemental forces of nature, by heart, we come to know that we are one with Nature. One with GOD. One with the æther. Each quantum heart, a center of the mind of The All.
The Ætheric Lifestyle deepens our connection to nature. In-so-doing it cultivates our endogenous psychedelics that facilitate deeper connection to our subconscious and unconscious mind.
All physical manifestation of dis•ease is rooted in our subtle bodies; those of the emotional, astral, mental & spiritual. Through the cultivation of E-DMT we are able to tap into stuck energy within our magnetic emotional body.
This stuck energy represents unprocessed emotions (energy in motion) that often stems from traumatic events of this life, past lives and the lives of our ancestors.
As we surface these unprocessed emotions of trauma, we have the opportunity to heal them using our heart of gold; that which transmutes the astral through feelings of gratitude and forgiveness. Gratitude for all growth provided and unconditional love for all those involved.
Our mind is the entirety of our electromagnetic system held within the membrane of our aura. Amperage (vitality) of our aura is optimized through shadow-work; that which heals energy blockages of our emotional body.
As we integrate these lessons of our lives lived, so too do we optimize the health of our physical body. It is important to note, however, that unprocessed emotions act similarly to a physical scar.
A physical scar occurs when new tissue is laid down too quickly and a wound does not heal fully. Later, we may heal the scar through manipulation of it and the application of treatments such as red light therapy. Once healed, electrons move freely throughout our fascia once again.
However, if we simply try to surface the scar then leave it, it may just make matters worse. An emotional scar is no different and if not addressed once surfaced, it too may manifest in the physical body as dis•ease. Yet now in a more aggressive manner. A coming to a head as it were.
When we move from the limited thoughts of our head, to the limitless nature of our quantum heart, we draw in immense cosmic energy from the æther. This is the original medicine that heals us on all levels. Our heart of gold and true philosopher’s stone.
When trauma is revealed through shadow-work, it is an important spiritual lesson to use our philosopher’s stone to heal our subconscious and unconscious mind. When we use our heart of gold to heal our world through feelings of LOVE, we come to know our soul as GOD. For Nature is GOD and we are one with Nature. One eternal LOVE.
“Before you heal someone, ask him if he’s willing to give up the things that make him sick.” ~ Hippocrates
